GlobaText Platform User Service Agreement

Effective Date: July 26, 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to GlobaText. By registering and using our platform, you agree to the following terms governing SMS usage. GlobaText serves as a communication platform that enables registered users to send SMS messages to their customers. GlobaText does not send SMS directly to any end recipients.

2. User Responsibility and Consent Requirements

All users of GlobaText are solely responsible for the content of their SMS messages and the phone numbers to which messages are sent. You must ensure that:

• Every recipient has provided clear and verifiable opt-in consent to receive SMS messages from your business.
• Consent was collected before any messages are sent.
• You can provide proof of consent if requested by GlobaText or any regulatory body.

Acceptable opt-in methods include (but are not limited to):

• Website sign-up forms that clearly describe the messaging program.
• In-person consent during a transaction or customer registration.
• Text-based opt-ins using specific keywords (e.g., “JOIN” or “SUBSCRIBE”).

You may not use purchased, scraped, or third-party contact lists under any circumstance.

3. Prohibited SMS Content

The following message types are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

• Fraudulent messages (e.g., impersonation, scams, phishing)
• Spam or bulk messages without recipient consent
• Messages promoting illegal activity
• Misleading marketing or unsubstantiated claims
• Violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Adult, obscene, or sexually explicit content
• Drug-related promotions or restricted financial services (e.g., crypto ads without license)

4. Compliance and Best Practices

As a user of GlobaText, you agree to follow:

• Carrier and local regulations(e.g., TCPA, DND rules, GDPR if applicable)
• Best practices including:
• Including opt-out instructions when required (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe")
• Using accurate sender IDs and message content
• Accurately representing your brand in messages

Users must immediately honor opt-out requests and stop sending further messages to those recipients.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

GlobaText reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms. Offenses may result in:

• Forfeited account balances
• Legal liability for non-compliance
• Permanent denial of access to the platform

6. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is abusing the GlobaText platform, please report it to support@globatext.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

GlobaText may update this agreement periodically. Users will be notified of major changes. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the user’s registered jurisdiction. Legal matters will be resolved under competent courts within that jurisdiction.
